Step 3 – Telephone screening – We conduct short telephone interviews with candidates, to further refine our selection.

Step 4 – Video interview – Candidates will then be interviewed via Microsoft Teams to make sure we get to know them as people before delving into their experience and formal qualifications.  The prospective applicants will be interviewed by our experienced Project Management Recruitment Team, before we put them in front of you.  Once completed and a selection of suitable candidate is made, by our team the CV’s and videos are submitted to the client.

Step 5 – Client interview – The client then interviews the preferred candidates via Microsoft Teams or in person, dependant on their inhouse recruitment process.
